We appreciate you considering Lake Norman (LKN) Miniature Golf for your child's next birthday party. Due to our limited space and one (1) 18 hole golf course, it is required that the responsible party host read, understand, and sign the LKN Miniature Golf Birthday Party Contract at the time of remitting payment of deposit pertaining to the facility & course rules as well as our code of conduct.

PLEASE READ:

A $100 in-person deposit is required to secure your reservation, cash or credit card, sorry NO American Express or Checks. The deposit is applied to the party price and fully refundable if cancelled 2 weeks before the event date. Parties can be rescheduled up to 14 days before your event; however, after 14 days before your party a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. Parties can not be downgraded after 5 days before the party. Since we are not responsible for low guest turnout, we can not provide any adjustment or refund of any kind in any such case.
**CANCELLATIONS DUE TO RAIN ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY WILL EITHER BE RESCHEDULED OR REFUNDED AT THE REQUEST OF PARTY HOSTS**

FOOD / CARRY-IN POLICY: ALL outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited, ONLY with a reserved birthday party package may you bring a cake to serve to your guests.

1) The Basic Party Package, $100.00, Includes the following:

  • The use of LKNMG's group area to host your party for up to 2 hours
  • 6 individual games of golf
  • $6.00 for each additional participant / guest
  • Customer provides cake / cupcakes. ALL OTHER FOOD & Drinks must be purchased / ordered through LKNMG, please inquire with us regarding pizza & other food options through Proscuittos Pizza in Cornelius.
  • LKNMG will make available basic paper plates, napkins, forks, knife to cut your cake, lighter, cups for sharing drinks, & trash bins for your garbage

    **The basic party does not include any assistance from LKNMG staff on the course or during the period at the tables other than showing you were to set up** 

The Ultimate Party Package, $249.00, Includes the following:

  • The use of LKNMG's group area to host your party for up to 2.5 hours
  • 16 individual games including the birthday child
  • $6.00 for each additional participant, up to 20 kids maximum
  • 15 custom made invites w/ envelopes
  • 15 custom Thank You's w/ envelopes
  • 16 20oz. drinks
  • 2 16" pizzas from Proscuitto's Pizza in Cornelius w/ up to 4 toppings ea.
  • A LKNMG staff member to assist with your group on the course and throughout the duration of the party
  • Basic paper plates, napkins, forks, knife to cut YOUR cake, lighter, cups for sharing drinks, & trash bins for your garbage.
  • Customer provides cake / cupcakes. ALL OTHER FOOD & drinks MUST be purchased / ordered through LKNMG, please inquire with us regarding additional pizzas & alternative food options.
  • A BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE game card for each guest as a gift to use at a later date.
